Job Description:
- Plan, design, and implement training programs to support employee development across all levels of the organization.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and collaborate with department leads to align training programs with business goals.
- Develop, maintain, and update career pathing frameworks and skills matrices to guide talent progression and upskilling.
- Monitor training effectiveness though feedback, metrics, and performance outcomes.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create development plans that support growth and retention.
- Curate and recommend learning content, platforms, and tools that meet organizational learning needs.
- Support the implementation of internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and upskilling workshops.
- Promote a learning culture across the organization by driving participation and engagement in development programs.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of experience in training, learning and development, or talent development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
- Experience working with career frameworks or skills mapping is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs and timelines
