What You'll Do:

As a key player in our Learning and Organizational Development team, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, analyzing, monitoring, and implementing cutting-edge programs and interventions that drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development:

  • Revise and update Position Descriptions (PDQs) across the company
  • Partner with department heads to develop functional competencies and assessment tools
  • Assist in finalizing organizational charts and Plantilla
  • Lead performance management system (PMS) implementation
  • Conduct organizational climate surveys and analyze data to drive improvements
  • Align the company's Vision-Mission-Values (VMV) with our culture and strategy
  • Provide recommendations for OD-related policies and processes

Learning and Development:

  • Conduct training needs assessments for departments and individuals
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs based on needs assessments
  • Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training plans
  • Coordinate with Corporate L&D for Leadership Development Programs
  • Track training budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Conceptualize follow-through courses and ensure post-training application
  • Negotiate with outside consultants and vendors to ensure top-tier training delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to drive change through people development.
  • Strong passion for organizational growth and a hands-on approach to learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or related field. Masters in business administration is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
  • Skills: Expertise in the full training cycle needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation. Strong in Organizational Diagnosis, Design & Analysis, Performance Management Systems
