What You'll Do:
As a key player in our Learning and Organizational Development team, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, analyzing, monitoring, and implementing cutting-edge programs and interventions that drive organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Development:
- Revise and update Position Descriptions (PDQs) across the company
- Partner with department heads to develop functional competencies and assessment tools
- Assist in finalizing organizational charts and Plantilla
- Lead performance management system (PMS) implementation
- Conduct organizational climate surveys and analyze data to drive improvements
- Align the company's Vision-Mission-Values (VMV) with our culture and strategy
- Provide recommendations for OD-related policies and processes
Learning and Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments for departments and individuals
- Design and deliver engaging training programs based on needs assessments
- Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training plans
- Coordinate with Corporate L&D for Leadership Development Programs
- Track training budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Conceptualize follow-through courses and ensure post-training application
- Negotiate with outside consultants and vendors to ensure top-tier training delivery
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to drive change through people development.
- Strong passion for organizational growth and a hands-on approach to learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or related field. Masters in business administration is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
- Skills: Expertise in the full training cycle needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation. Strong in Organizational Diagnosis, Design & Analysis, Performance Management Systems
