We are looking for a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our dynamic POD team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and scaling learning and development initiatives that support our team members growth and align with the company's strategic goals.
As an L&D Partner, you will focus on identifying capability gaps, developing targeted learning programs, and supporting a culture of continuous learning across our PH sites. Your work will directly impact the development, engagement, and success of our growing workforce. • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, or training design
• Strong background in delivering learning programs for adult learners
• Exposure to leadership development and technical capability training is a plus
• Solid understanding of learning design models (e.g., ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick, or similar)
• Effective presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Google Suite, and comfortable navigating Learning Management Systems (LMS)
