Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Learning & Development Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimization of learning strategies that build leadership capability and drive performance. This role ensures effective learning systems, internal program development, and scalable training solutions aligned with business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Design and develop internal learning programs in collaboration with business leaders
  • Lead leadership development, capability building, and skills certification programs
  • Analyze training effectiveness and learning data to improve impact
  • Support change management initiatives through structured learning interventions
  • Coordinate training rollouts and cross-functional stakeholder alignment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Learning & Development or Training Leadership
  • Strong LMS management and internal curriculum development experience
  • Experience designing leadership and performance programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
