The L&D Manager designs and drives enterprise-wide learning strategies that build organizational
capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and embed cultural transformation. This role ensures programs are strategic, scalable, digitally enabled, and benchmarked against best practices, while optimizing vendor partnerships and budget use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate organizational strategy into learning priorities and roadmaps.
- Conduct enterprise learning needs analysis using data, benchmarks, and leader input.
- Design multi-touchpoint learner journeys leveraging blended modalities (e-learning, coaching, workshops, experiential).
- Build and govern a content ecosystem with quality, relevance, and accessibility.
- Integrate learning into digital platforms (e.g., LMS, LinkedIn Learning); drive adoption and usage.
- Lead enterprise-wide program rollouts, ensuring alignment and impact across divisions.
- Facilitate strategic or executive learning sessions (leadership programs, design thinking, culture interventions).
- Manage and optimize external vendor partnerships and training budgets, ensuring cost-effective quality.
- Summarize and analyze evaluation and ROI data to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously benchmark corporate L&D practices against local and global best practices.
- Partner with leaders to co-design learning plans and enable leader-led learning through tools and coaching.
- Design programs that enable mindset and behavior change, aligned with organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of progressive L&D/OD experience with enterprise program design exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong facilitation experience with senior and executive audiences
- Proven vendor and budget management experience
- Skilled in digital learning systems and analytics
