Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess future and current learning needs of the organization through training needs analysis, job analysis, and other data-related output.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Identify ROI of learning interventions.
  • Manage training budget.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and right practices.
  • Identify and manage training vendors.
  • Develop and design curriculum and modules to facilitate learning needs of the organization.
  • Create training programs that include web-based seminars, group sessions, training videos, and other advancements in training delivery.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of managing operations preferably in L&OD space.
  • Experience working with Leadership and Senior Management
  • Experience in start-up environment
  • Experience in building learning platforms.
  • Graduate of any of psychology, communications and other related courses is preferred.
  • Preferably has certificate in any of the following: leadership development and other training-related certification.
  • Must have excellent communication skills for both oral and written
  • Excellent in Microsoft applications particularly power point, excel, and Google platform.
  • Has good facilitation and negotiation skills

Required Skills

  • Analyze retention programs and initiatives for the team.
  • Ensure excellent employee experience (E3).
  • Conduct talent review, succession planning, and other activities within Talent management cycle.
  • Analyze data of Total Rewards, Recruitment, and the whole talent management cycle activities.

Preferred Skills

  • Ensure check and balance of all the L&OD procedures.
  • Monitor training dashboard and ensure employees productivity to facilitate work processes and daily deliverables.
  • Ensure proper alignment of L&OD initiatives with HR Head and Business Leaders.
