Learning and Development Lead

Our client is a well-established organisation in the logistics industry with a strong focus on people development, operational excellence, and building future-ready talent across the business.

• Identifyorganisationwide training needs and competency gaps in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and line managers.
• Develop and execute the learning strategy and annual training plan aligned with business priorities, budget, and company values.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programmes, including posttraining assessments and effectiveness analytics.
• Manage external training vendors and ensure quality, relevance, and costeffectiveness of programmes delivered.
• Build, coach, and expand the internal trainer pool through TraintheTrainer initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and performancemanage the Learning and Development team, ensuring productivity and service quality.
• Partner with Organisational Development on leadership development, highpotential, coaching, and mentoring programmes.
• Track training costs, manage budgets, and provide regular reports on KPIs, training effectiveness, and performance metrics.
