Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Learning and Development Intern to support the consolidation of training records, preparation of training programs, and development of training-related communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR Learning and Development, training operations, and people analytics. The intern will work closely with the L&D and HR teams to ensure accurate training data management, support program execution, and provide insights that contribute to effective and impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of training programs and related activities
- Gather, review, and analyze training data to generate insights and provide recommendations for program improvement
- Design and develop communication materials and collaterals for upcoming training initiatives
- Support training documentation, tracking, and reporting requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Learning and Development team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in training coordination and data analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Must be available to work Face to Face (flexible)
- Can work for a minimum of 3 months
- Can work starting March 2026.
