Bai Academy is seeking Learning and Content Interns to assist in the digital transformation of our curriculum. This role focuses on enhancing the visual quality and accessibility of course materials to ensure a seamless learning experience for our students, bridging the gap between raw educational content and interactive digital delivery. Applicants are preferably pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Qualifications
Current Student: Preferably pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and general cloud-based tools.
Portfolio: (Optional but encouraged) Samples of past presentation designs or digital content.
Education Background: Familiarity with lesson structuring or curriculum development principles is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
Course Formatting: Redesign and format raw course materials into visually engaging, brand-compliant presentations and handouts using Canva.
Platform Management: Upload, organize, and configure course modules, videos, and assessments on the Learnworlds LMS.
Content Migration: Convert legacy PowerPoint presentations into modern, interactive web-based formats.
Quality Assurance: Review uploaded content for formatting consistency, broken links, and pedagogical clarity.
Resource Creation: Assist in creating supporting instructional aids such as infographics or worksheets to supplement main lessons.
Required Skills
Visual Design: A strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory to make learning materials engaging.
Detail-Oriented: Precision in proofreading and ensuring all interactive elements function correctly.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new software features, especially within the Learnworlds ecosystem.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for collaborating with subject matter experts.
