Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain practical, process-oriented training materials that reflect the operational team's playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate process training sessions for operational teams through classroom, virtual, and on-the-job walkthroughs.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement, capture recommendations, and provide actionable insights for refining process training content.
  • Create structured action plans following each training session to reinforce learning objectives, track application of processes on the floor, and ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, and managing participant invitations.
  • Prepare and provide training session summaries or participation updates for managerial review.
  • Support onboarding-related activities as required to assist the manager.
  • Work closely with Operations Managers or Department Managers to ensure content reflects current processes and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary, or a related field.
  • 35 years of hands-on hospitality operations experience across one or more departments, preferably F&B or Butler services.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in training facilitation or delivering operational process training
