Job Description

Prospecting & Research: Identify high-potential target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn, industry databases, and digital platforms.

Multichannel Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling to generate new business.

Lead Qualification: Assess leads using structured qualification frameworks to determine their budget, authority, need, and timeline.

Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead statuses, and follow-ups within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Sales Support: Book qualified meetings, discovery calls, or product demonstrations directly for closers or Account Executives (AEs).

Campaign Optimization: Continuously A/B test email sequences, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and align on campaign messaging.
