Job Description

A lead generator is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective customers to build a robust sales pipeline. They act as the crucial first step in the sales process, researching target markets, executing outreach campaigns, and handing off sales-ready prospects to closers

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Researching markets, attending networking events, and utilizing digital channels (e.g., SEO, social media) to discover new business opportunities.
  • Outreach & Communication: Initiating contact with prospects through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
  • Lead Qualification: Vetting prospects to determine their level of interest, budget, authority, and need (often using the BANT framework) to see if they are a good fit for the company's products.
  • Appointment Setting: Persuading qualified leads to book appointments, product demos, or consultations on behalf of senior sales representatives.
