Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in assigned station by attending to the needs and other requirements of his/her technicians to the operation.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any 2 or 4-year vocational course/s.
At least 2years work experience as Leader in similar work environment (Tool & Die) is an advantage,
Supervised and coordinated daily activities of the tool and die fabrication team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Interpreted engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide the manufacturing and assembly of precision tools, dies, and fixtures.
Operated and maintained various machine tools including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines to fabricate and repair tooling components.
Quality inspections and measurements using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to ensure compliance with tolerances and standards.
Can collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, improving tool performance and reducing downtime.
Trained and mentored junior technicians, promoting best practices in safety, fabrication techniques, and quality control.
Implemented process improvements that increased efficiency and reduced scrap rates, contributing to cost savings.
Maintained detailed records of fabrication processes, material usage, and maintenance activities.
