About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Specialist, Talent Development to design, develop, facilitate, and manage learning solutions that drive employee performance and business outcomes.
This role requires a strong learning and development professional who can independently conduct training needs analysis, create learning solutions, facilitate training programs, coach employees, audit performance, and partner with stakeholders to address capability gaps.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct learning needs analysis and stakeholder consultations
• Design and develop training programs and learning solutions
• Facilitate workshops and learning interventions
• Coach and mentor employees to improve performance
• Audit communication and operational quality
• Manage learning programs and learning management systems
• Track learning effectiveness and provide reporting insights
• Create and maintain learning materials and course content
• Support leadership, communication, and professional skills development initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability-building opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8-10+ years of Learning & Development or Talent Development experience
• Strong experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training programs
• Experience conducting coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback sessions
• Experience performing training needs analysis and learning program evaluations
• Exposure to LMS administration and learning technologies
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Insurance, or Financial Services environments
• Learning & Development certifications or Instructional Design certifications
• Experience supporting communication, leadership, and professional skills programs
