ABOUT THE ROLE
- Based remotely in the Philippines, you'll collaborate closely with clients across Australia driving projects that impact real communities.
- You'll architect scalable Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, and deliver technology that transforms healthcare outcomes and public services.
- You'll also be part of Mav3rik's next growth chapter, contributing to our expanding regional footprint in Singapore and beyond.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define opportunities where technology drives performance.
- Guide a team of developers ensuring code quality, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.
- Deliver with excellence using modern DevOps tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, CI/CD, Gearset).
- Mentor rising talent and contribute to our knowledge assets, accelerators, and Salesforce thought leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience building on Salesforce deep hands-on in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SQL, HTML/CSS.
- Experience across Salesforce Clouds, Heroku, or AWS/Azure.
- Curiosity for innovation from OmniStudio to Lightning Web Components.
- A collaborative, mentoring mindset and exceptional communication skills.
- Bonus points for Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev I/II, OmniStudio, App Builder).
