Lead Researcher / List Builder (Mindbody Platform)

Oxigen Business Group is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Researcher / List Builder to help us build a high-quality cold outreach database using the Mindbody app.
We work closely with fitness, wellness, and studio businesses that operate on Mindbody. Your role will be to apply defined search criteria within the Mindbody app and systematically extract key business information to build a structured prospect database.
This is a research-heavy role that requires precision, consistency, and strong data organisation skills.
What You'll Do
- Apply specific search filters within the Mindbody app (location, category, keywords, etc.)
- Review business profiles and extract required data fields
- Enter information into Google Sheets or Airtable following strict formatting guidelines
- Identify and exclude businesses that don't meet the criteria
- De-duplicate and maintain clean, structured data
- Flag incomplete or unclear listings
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation, list building, or data research
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
- Comfortable working inside apps and navigating directory-style platforms
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred)
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and filtering rules
- Self-managed and reliable
- Bonus if you:
- Have worked with Mindbody before
- Have experience supporting sales or outbound campaigns
- Understand the fitness/wellness industry
