Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Sourcing). The Assistant Manager will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also includes developing and promoting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The successful candidate will be expected to create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and proactive recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, niche, and volume roles.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Provide market insights, talent availability, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts with data-driven sourcing strategies.

Process Optimization:

  • Recommend and implement sourcing best practices and tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and maintain high sourcing conversion rates.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-source, candidate quality).

Team Support & Mentorship:

  • Guide and support junior sourcing specialists (if applicable).
  • Share sourcing techniques, tools, and market intelligence with the broader TA team.

Technology & Compliance:

  • Leverage ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and recruitment policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 46 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
