As the Lead for Leadership & Development, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of leadership and functional development programs at Glass Lewis globally. This dual-impact role supports both global leadership initiatives and job-specific training needs of our Manila-based Research function. You'll play a key role in enabling a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance by equipping leaders, people managers, and employees with essential skills to thrive.
You will also own the development and maintenance of our knowledge base and training documentation (via SharePoint), lead onboarding and support People Team tool rollouts, and facilitate off-season skills development programs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in coaching, instructional design, adult learning) is a plus.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in learning and development, leadership training, or organizational development, with 2+ years in a program or people leadership capacity.
- Proven experience designing and delivering both leadership developmenttraining.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to engage diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Proficiency in using SharePoint, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training tools.
- Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams and managing global stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously.
- Passion for creating inclusive, growth-oriented learning environments and fostering a strong learning culture.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Organizational Development- Design, develop, and implement leadership and people development programs aligned with business goals and company values.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps across levels.
- Deliver scalable and engaging learning experiences (e.g., workshops, coaching, blended learning).
- Act as an internal consultant to business leaders on learning, team development, and performance improvement.
- Integrate leadership competencies and development paths into broader performance and career development processes.
- Track learning outcomes using KPIs and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the high-quality delivery of outsourced or co-facilitated programs.
Knowledge Management- Lead onboarding and training programs for Research Associates, especially ahead of peak seasons.
- Create training materials such as SOPs, job aids, e-learning modules, and walkthroughs tailored to process or role-specific needs.
- Own and update the SharePoint knowledge base, ensuring it is accessible, organized, and up to date.
- Support the implementation and training rollout of new People Team systems (e.g., HiBob, benefits tools, LMS).
- Design and conduct soft skills and general skills training during off-season cycles (e.g., business writing, communication, time management).
- Support ongoing talent development and onboarding programs for both corporate and functional teams.
Engagement- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives that align with company values and culture.
- Organize and manage recognition programs, internal events, and other activities that foster employee connection and morale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience and drive involvement across departments.
- Analyze employee engagement data and feedback to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.
HR & Organizational Development Support (Year-Round)- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives year-round, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate on the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal-setting, mid- and year-end reviews, performance calibration, and continuous feedback initiatives.
- Conduct or support skills gap analyses and development planning in partnership with People Team regional leaders and business leaders.
- Contribute to the design and execution of organizational development programs, including change management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Serve as a collaborative partner in fostering a high-performance, people-first environment, bringing a sourcing mindset to broader talent and organizational strategies.

full-time, hybrid role based in our
Makati City office, requiring regular in-office attendance
three times a week.
