Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Patient Care department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to operations and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Open to work onsite and shifting schedule

Preferred:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and systems.
  • Certification in project management or supervisory training.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
