Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Perform comprehensive code reviews for Swift (SwiftUI) and Kotlin (Jetpack Compose).
- Performance Optimization: Ensure apps meet strict benchmarks for responsiveness and stability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor developers in technical best practices and foster skill enhancement.
- Agile Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Innovation: Integrate emerging mobile technologies to improve development efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 9+ years in mobile development with proven leadership in Agile environments.
- iOS Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Android Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
- Process: Strong mastery of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Location: Willing to work in a Hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
