We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with strong outbound prospecting skills and deep familiarity with Outplay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other LinkedInbased research and outreach tools. This role requires a confident communicator with proven coldcalling ability, disciplined followup habits, and the capacity to work independently during U.S. business hours.
This is a fulltime, workfromhome position based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Development
- Execute structured outbound campaigns using Outplay, Sales Navigator, and related tools.
- Build targeted lead lists based on defined ICPs, project types, and market segments.
- Conduct highvolume cold calling to engage decisionmakers and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain consistent followup sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Research & Data Management
- Perform detailed company and contact research to identify highvalue prospects.
- Update CRM and outreach platforms with accurate notes, statuses, and activity logs.
- Track performance metrics and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and qualification criteria.
- Provide feedback on market trends, prospect objections, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of experience in outbound lead generation or SDR roles.
- Strong proficiency with Outplay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other LinkedIn prospecting tools.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, confident phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage highvolume outreach.
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection.
- Ability to work a night shift aligned with U.S. time zones.
Preferred Experience
- Background supporting U.S.based professional services, technical services, or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
- AEC industry experienced
- Experience working in a remote, metricsdriven environment.
