Job Description
We're hiring a Lead Generation Specialist!
We're looking for someone who can help us grow by reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Team.
Key details:
• Monthly salary: Up to ₱25,000 + incentives
• Work setup: Permanent remote, Independent Contractor set-up
• Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
What you'll do:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule consultations for our Sales Team
• Accurately maintain lead information in our system
• Meet company standards for calls and outreach
• Provide accurate and timely reports
What we're looking for:
• At least 1 year of successful experience in voice lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or a similar role
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
• Strong and reliable internet connection
• Professional and quiet home workspace
• Comfortable working a graveyard shift
