Position Description
The Lead Generation Support Specialist supports demand generation, lead management, marketing operations, and campaign execution activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate lead and campaign data, supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support the execution of demand generation campaigns across various marketing channels and platforms.
- Validate prospect and account lists based on target customer profiles and campaign requirements.
- Manage audience uploads, campaign tracking, and quality assurance of marketing assets, forms, and landing pages.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, and campaign documentation to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Support lead management activities, including lead tracking, routing, campaign attribution, and database maintenance.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through record updates, cleanup, deduplication, and campaign membership management.
- Assist with the preparation of prospect and account lists for marketing and sales outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate event-related activities, including attendee management, registration tracking, event reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Track marketing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor-related documentation.
- Maintain marketing documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support social media administration by reviewing content, monitoring engagement, and maintaining channel accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing programs, campaigns, and operational activities are executed efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and overall marketing operational effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience (To excel in this role, you should possess):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, sales operations, campaign coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of lead management, campaign tracking, and marketing support processes.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Demandbase, or similar marketing technologies.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, LinkedIn advertising, webinars, events, or account-based marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead attribution, and campaign performance reporting.
- Experience with social media management platforms and marketing analytics tools.
