ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Lead Generation Analyst (LGA) is the data engine of the commercial organization, responsible for sourcing, enriching, and qualifying leads to support the Hunters and Lead Gen & Greenfield Manager. The LGA will ensure a healthy, accurate, and industry-aligned sales pipeline by blending data analytics, digital tools, and market research.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Research & Lead Building
- Build and maintain lead databases using data tools and public sources.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers by industry.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data.
Data Enrichment & Quality
- Enrich contact information (email, phone, role, company size).
- Validate data quality through CRM hygiene practices.
- Segment leads by vertical and readiness.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market and industry trends (Logistics, E-commerce, Manufacturing, BFSI).
- Prepare intelligence briefs to support Greenfield strategies.
- Analyze competitor client portfolios and service offerings.
Funnel Management Support
- Manage MQL and SQL flow within CRM.
- Track lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics.
- Support Hunters with qualified prospect lists and account data.
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with Marketing for targeted outreach and follow-up lists.
- Provide data for email or LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline health.
- Visualize data trends and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain dashboards tracking lead volume, conversion, and ROI.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Experience
- 24 years in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Market Research, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or HR Tech companies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
