Role Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for executing daily outreach and list-building tasks to consistently generate qualified leads for Blue Harbor Media. This role is highly SOP-driven and performance-based, requiring accuracy, compliance, and daily reporting.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to identify, engage, and qualify prospects while maintaining clean CRM records and adhering to all outreach guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn
  • Execute cold outreach via approved email and message templates
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Accurately log and manage leads in GoHighLevel CRM
  • Flag warm or high-intent leads to the Manager promptly
  • Maintain detailed daily activity reports in Monday.com
  • Ensure all outreach follows compliance standards (no spamming)

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of related experience in Lead Generation
  • Experience or Familiarity using Apollo, LinkedIn or other similar tools
  • Basic CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred, but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily targets
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and performance-oriented
