We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist (B2B / Recruitment) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a drive for achieving sales targets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and expand the company's customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and cold outreach to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their software needs, and proposing tailored solutions to address their requirements
- Manage and grow client accounts
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to align solutions with client expectations and ensure successful project delivery
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation and finalizing agreements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Skills
- 2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
