Role Description The Lead Generation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu, responsible for driving qualified leads to support revenue growth. This role involves designing and executing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and outbound prospecting. The Lead Generation Manager will research and segment target markets, build and maintain lead databases, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize funnels and conversion rates. Daily tasks include monitoring KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, testing new approaches, and reporting insights to leadership. The individual in this role will also refine lead qualification criteria, oversee lead nurturing workflows, and ensure that all outreach aligns with Wine Adore's brand and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong background in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing, with proven experience creating and managing lead funnels.
- Competence in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track, score, and nurture leads effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and cost per lead.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills to craft compelling outreach messages, emails, and social media content.
- Experience in market research, audience segmentation, and building accurate prospect lists and databases.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with sales, marketing, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines on-site in Cebu.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, or the wine or hospitality industry is an advantage.
