Linkedin Lead Generation & Personal Brand Manager
Hybrid (Cebu) | Reports to: CEO | Day Shift (7:00am - 4:00pm)
You own the CEO's LinkedIn presence end-to-end — driving network growth, daily engagement, and a consistent flow of qualified leads into the GoTeam sales pipeline.
This role exists to turn LinkedIn into a predictable lead generation engine. You will manage everything from content scheduling and community engagement to cold outreach and CRM logging — ensuring no opportunity is missed, and every interaction moves the business forward.
This role is best suited for someone proactive, highly organised, and fluent in LinkedIn's ecosystem — someone who treats follower growth and pipeline generation as metrics they personally own.
YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing LinkedIn for a personal brand, executive, or B2B business.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, organic outreach, and DM-based lead generation.
- Proven ability to grow an audience, drive engagement, and convert connections into booked meetings.
- Experience logging and managing leads in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong written communication skills for crafting personalised, on-brand outreach messages.
STRONG SIGNALS
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or executive's personal brand on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Taplio, Buffer, or Shield.
- Understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, engagement triggers, and spam-avoidance best practices.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms for productivity or workflow optimisation.
- Experience creating or maintaining SOPs for outreach sequences or content workflows.
RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS
Network Building & Connection Management
- Audit and connect with all 1,200+ GoTeam team members and 450+ client points of contact with personalised messages.
- Onboard new team members and client POCs into the CEO's network on an ongoing basis.
- Send connection requests with personalised messages to profile viewers; follow up with a value-led message 2–3 days after acceptance.
- Actively connect with leads currently in the sales process.
Engagement & Community Management
- Like, reply to, and send connection requests to every commenter on the CEO's posts — same-day response time.
- Engage daily with target accounts: comment thoughtfully on posts from clients, prospects, and industry voices.
- Monitor the CEO's notifications, mentions, and DMs; triage and respond or escalate as appropriate.
Content Execution & Scheduling
- Ensure a daily post goes live following the agreed weekly content calendar and themes.
- Repurpose content across formats — text, carousel, video, and polls.
- Schedule content using preferred tools (e.g. Taplio, Shield, Buffer) and track post performance weekly.
- Source trending topics, competitor posts, and industry news to feed the content calendar.
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Search LinkedIn daily for posts where prospects are asking about outsourcing, BPO, or offshore hiring; add qualified leads to HubSpot with notes and source links.
- Reach out via DM to book discovery calls with the sales team or CEO directly.
- Run targeted cold DM campaigns to ICP-matched prospects using approved messaging sequences.
- Maintain and optimise message templates for connection requests, post-accept follow-ups, cold DMs, and meeting booking.
- Manage Sales Navigator: run searches, save leads, and build prospect lists.
Profile Optimisation, Reporting & Operations
- Continuously optimise the CEO's LinkedIn profile — headline, banner, About section, Featured, and Services.
- Deliver weekly performance reports covering connections, profile views, impressions, engagement rate, leads generated, and meetings booked.
- Maintain CRM hygiene — ensure every LinkedIn-sourced lead is logged with the correct tags, source, and pipeline stage in HubSpot.
- Coordinate team amplification for important posts within the first hour of publishing.
- Manage account security, 2FA, and document a recovery process for restricted accounts.
- Proactively request and give LinkedIn recommendations from clients and team members.
- Complete the Archimedes LinkedIn training within the first 30 days; brief the CEO monthly on algorithm changes and best practices.Repurpose content across formats (text, carousel, video, polls)

- Track post performance and report weekly on what's working
Lead generation
- Search LinkedIn daily for posts/comments where people are asking for outsourcing providers, BPO recommendations, or offshore hiring
- Add qualified prospects to the CRM (HubSpot) with notes and source link
- Reach out via DM to book discovery calls — either with the sales team or the CEO directly
- Run targeted cold DM campaigns to ICP-matched prospects (with approved messaging sequences)
- Maintain message templates for connection requests, post-accept follow-ups, profile-viewer outreach, cold DMs, and meeting booking
Profile & strategy
- Complete the Archimedes LinkedIn training within first 30 days
- Stay current on LinkedIn algorithm changes, features, and best practices; brief the CEO monthly
- Continuously optimise the CEO's profile (headline, banner, About, Featured section, Services)
Additional responsibilities
- Weekly performance reporting — connections sent/accepted, profile views, post impressions, engagement rate, leads generated, meetings booked
- CRM hygiene — ensuring every LinkedIn-sourced lead is logged with the right tags, source, and stage in HubSpot
- Sales handoff process — clear SOP for when to book meetings with the sales team vs the CEO directly
- Inbox management — triage the CEO's LinkedIn inbox, respond to low-value messages, flag high-value ones for the CEO
- Recommendation requests — proactively requesting and giving LinkedIn recommendations from clients and team members
- Post amplification — when GoTeam or the CEO publishes important content, coordinate the team to engage in the first hour to boost reach
- Sales Navigator management — run searches, save leads, build prospect lists
- Brand voice & compliance — ensure all outbound messages match the CEO's tone and don't trigger LinkedIn's spam filters
- Content research — source trending topics, competitor posts, and industry news to feed the content calendar
- Account security — manage 2FA, password access, and document a recovery process if the account is restricted
