Position: Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven individual who can help generate quality leads, execute marketing strategies, and strengthen our online presence. If you are passionate about digital marketing and business growth, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify potential client leads through different online channels
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct outreach through email, social media, and other platforms
• Manage and optimize social media marketing efforts
• Research target markets and identify business opportunities
• Assist in branding, promotions, and marketing content creation
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the design and sales team to improve conversions

Qualifications

• 2-5 yrs solid experience in this job role.
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is an advantage
• Creative thinker with analytical skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing tools is a plus
• Honest and Committed.
• Willing to work to a startup company.
