Ethinos Australia is looking for a highly organised, proactive Lead Gen + B2B Outreach Specialist to support our leadership team with a strong focus on outreach, business development coordination, and executive support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently and professionally, and knows how to keep follow-ups, schedules, and moving parts under control. You will work closely with directors and internal teams to help drive outbound activity, coordinate sales support, and keep key priorities progressing.

What you'll be doing

  • Support outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, CRM records, and outreach trackers
  • Coordinate follow-ups, meeting bookings, and next steps for business development activity
  • Assist with research on prospects, industries, and target accounts
  • Draft outreach messages, meeting notes, and follow-up communication
  • Prepare and organise pitch decks, proposals, bios, and other sales materials
  • Manage calendars, reminders, scheduling, and director follow-ups
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and action items
  • Maintain organised documentation, templates, and internal records
  • Support day-to-day coordination across leadership, marketing, and delivery teams

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Outreach Support, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and general admin / outreach tools
  • Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and keep momentum across tasks
