Job Description
As a Lead Generation and Business Development Consultant, you will design, own, and optimize end-to-end lead generation strategies for legal markets across APAC and beyond. You'll partner closely with executive stakeholders to develop prospecting frameworks, evaluate CRM and sales enablement tools, and analyze pipeline performance-ensuring scalable, repeatable growth aligned with enterprise objectives.
This position is ideal for professionals who have built lead generation programs from the ground up, not just executed campaigns.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or strategic sales/marketing, with a proven track record of building lead generation programs from scratch (not just execution)
- Mandatory experience in the Legal industry and APAC markets
- Proven ownership of the end-to-end lead generation and business development lifecycle, including market mapping, ICP definition, outreach playbook creation, cadence design, pitching, pipeline building, and deal support
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B prospecting and outreach, including segmentation, targeting, LinkedIn outreach, content-led engagement, and conversion optimization
- Strong strategic and analytical capability, using market insights and performance data to design scalable, results-driven programs
- Process-oriented mindset with experience building repeatable workflows, outreach frameworks, and operating playbooks
- Confident communicator with the ability to present strategy and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly independent, proactive, and organized, with the ability to operate in a consultative, client-facing role
- Collaborative team player experienced in working closely with executive leadership and business development teams
Your Daily Tasks
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own the lead generation roadmap, from target market definition to strategic campaign planning.
- Design prospecting cadences, outreach playbooks, and nurturing pathways tailored to legal industry best practices (and adaptable for other sectors).
- Recommend and evaluate CRM, sales enablement, and automation tools to support operational efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Conduct gap analysis of current lead generation practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Create documentation, frameworks, and strategy decks for internal alignment and execution readiness.
- Provide expert guidance on team capacity, structure, and skills needed to implement and sustain the strategy.
