Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with our founder, lead developer, and designer.
• Build feature requests as directed by the founders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience.
• 4+ years of lead development experience.

Mandatory Hard Skills

• TypeScript
• ReactJS
• NextJS
• NodeJS
• API experience
• AWS proficiency
• Experience working with database schemas (Postgres)
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge

Competencies/Personality Traits

• Self-sufficient (can learn from Googling/ChatGPT first) but knows when to communicate.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Comfortable challenging decisions.
• Open to compromise.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Prior Experience

• Worked in small teams.
• Familiar with startup culture.
• Been part of a team involved with service products or services that involve databases and APIs.
• Worked in AWS environments.
