Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair

Ensure code quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing and review

processes

Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features

Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve

development workflows

Skills Our Clients Require:

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 12 years in a

leadership or senior role

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or similar full-stack

technologies

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud

platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version

control (Git)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills

Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic oversight

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
