- Develop detailed designs and layouts for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including the selection of appropriate solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope to create accurate and efficient system designs.
- Design electrical wiring plans, including the integration of solar systems with existing electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and standards.
- Perform energy yield simulations and financial modeling to predict the performance and economic viability of solar projects.
- Optimize system design for maximum efficiency and return on investment.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, design documents, and construction drawings.
- Develop bill of materials (BOM) and technical specifications for procurement.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar energy and Design Engineering
- Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects

- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
