Who are we looking for

We are seeking a strategic, cross-disciplinary Lead Consultant - Transactions Advisory to deliver expert advice and guidance to clients. The role involves partnering with clients to understand their objectives, assess their current position, and develop practical, value-driven strategies to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes. The Lead Consultant may also support solution implementation, provide capability uplift and ongoing guidance, and track progress to ensure successful delivery.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of the business, with a priority focus on the Energy and Sustainability sector in the region.
  • Provide critical decision making and strategic transformation support to GHD's clients in achieving their Energy and Sustainability objectives.
  • Contribute to Business Advisory Asia's capability for services that span clients governance, strategy, implementation, and reporting needs in Energy and Sustainability.
  • Works with Executive and Senior Advisors to shape service offerings and form relationships with potential clients

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting or Economy
  • With 10 to 15 years+ experience in due diligence
  • Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
  • Project Management skills
  • Identifies business opportunities and develops robust technical and business solutions and form credible options
  • Proven ability to work under time pressure and be flexible to competing needs
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Strong report writing, interviewing, facilitation and presentation skills

This job offer is based inMakati office.

Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
