Core Responsibilities:
- Lead complex 3D civil modeling for Land Development, Land Grading, Drainage, and utility networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with ANZ civil engineering standards.
- Coordinate civil models (structural/MEP BIM) for clash resolution and site optimization.
- Generate detailed reports and construction deliverables (volume reports, design specifications).
Project Experience Required:
Substantial experience in:
- Delivering civil infrastructure for Large-Scale Sites, Hospitals, and Data Centres.
- Land Development.
- Land Grading.
- Drainage design and implementation.
Essential Skills:
- Expert Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or 12d Model.
- Key Preference: Proven project experience in Australia or New Zealand.
