LAWYER (LITIGATION)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Lawyer specializing in Litigation at Pryce Gases Incorporated. The Lawyer will represent the company in various legal disputes, draft and review legal documents, and provide legal advice to management. Responsibilities include preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, negotiating settlements, and ensuring the company's compliance with all legal regulations. The Lawyer will also work closely with external legal partners and internal departments to address any legal issues that arise.

• Law and Legal Issues skills
• Experience in providing Legal Advice
• Experience with Courts and court procedures
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal cases simultaneously
• Experience in the gas or energy industry is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
