Late QA Supervisor

The Late QA Supervisor's role is to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and to spot areas that need improvement to further enhance the current collection processes and increase performance.

What You'll Do:

• Take charge in proactively spearheading projects related to process improvements
• Fostering unity, harmony and camaraderie within the team.
• Manage equal manpower distribution based on FTE
• Ensures that current processes are based on preferred customer experience standards with fairness.
• Assist in further validation of difficult dispute scenarios.
• Report and submit teams daily, weekly and monthly performances QAs Attendance
• Ensures good working relationship with stakeholders
• Conduct random auditing to ensure the quality of work of our analysts.
• Create CCR files for process changes.

What You Need to Have:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance
• Possesses average analytical and logical skills
• Knowledge of project management
• Intermediate MS Office Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and PPT)
• Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Decision-making skills
