Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The candidate for this role will be responsible for managing both physical and digital records (dockets) related to all lots undergoing the title transfer process. This includes monitoring the status of each lot, maintaining accurate documentation, and generating regular progress reports. The candidate will also be in charge of preparing and organizing all necessary documents for title transfer, working closely with the Liaison Officer to ensure timely and compliant processing.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, update, and maintain reports on the status of lots undergoing the title transfer process
  • Prepare and organize documents for filing before the BIR, Registry of Deeds, and Assessor.
  • Process and manage document requests, such as Certified True Copies (CTCs) and original documents.
  • Coordinate with the Liaison Officer for timely follow-ups and tracking of documents across government offices.
  • Timely request funding and transmit receipts of expenses to Fund Monitoring Officer
  • Ensure proper labeling, filing, and safekeeping of physical and digital copies of all transaction records.
  • Maintain an accurate tracking system for timelines, deadlines, and required actions related to title transfers.
  • Report and/or communicate with internal and other departments regarding the status of title-related matters

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant course.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data entry, database management, and records management.
  • Background or strong knowledge of real estate and property law.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in title transfer processes.
  • Proficient in record-keeping best practices and database software tools.
