Real Estate Contracts

Location: Remote/ Global Partner Reports To: Land Acquisition & Development Manager Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 40-45 hours per week

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Land Transaction Assistant to assist in managing the flow of real estate contracts from execution to closing. This role ensures that every step of the transaction process is handled accurately, on time, and in compliance with legal, company, and industry requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, has an aptitude for detail oriented work, possess excellent communication skills, and brings a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal transaction and closing documents to assist in completion of the transaction; closing statements, wire requests, feasibility memo's.
  • Assist in tracking all critical dates and contractual deadlines, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Assist in project management data integrity, insuring accurate deal and transaction information is input to support reporting.
  • Organize and maintain complete transaction files in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Prepare and submit Architectural Review Requests for applicable home builds and other applications.
  • Prepare documents from provided templates to meet company, local, and state requirements. Ie. public offering statements, disclosures, community summaries, etc.
  • Monitor earnest money deposits, contingencies, and closing documentation. Send out notices and key communications.
  • Support due diligence processes, administrative needs, acquisition efforts, and entitlement coordination as needed.
  • Prepare transaction summaries and status reports for leadership.
  • Assist with process improvements to streamline contract and closing operations.
  • Contribute to a culture of efficiency, professionalism, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, escrow, title, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent data entry and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, word, excel,
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
