Land Development Manager

Job Description

Responsible for leading all land acquisition and right-of-way (ROW) activities required for the development of renewable and conventional energy projects. The role develops land acquisition strategies, manages negotiations with landowners and brokers, and oversees due diligence and documentation of land titles and permits. It collaborates closely with legal, engineering, and project development teams to ensure land requirements are secured and compliant with regulatory standards. The position also supervises land specialists and consultants while resolving land-related issues and ensuring timely project site readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way management, or real estate development, preferably in infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven experience managing land negotiations, title due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with land laws, regulatory requirements, and government agencies such as DENR, DPWH, and related bodies.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
