Your Day-to-Day

· Oversees the HR – Labor Relations team and provides guidance and support to staff on local labor laws, HR policies, and labor-related compliance matters.

· Foster a positive, customer centric team culture focused on collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

· Develop and implement performance goals, ensuring accountability, growth, and development.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, feedback, and ensure team members are well equipped to meet organizational needs.

· Ensure consistent, high quality service delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Monitor and optimize day-to-day operations to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Act as the escalation point for complex HR issues on Labor Relations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with employees and business leaders.

· Ensure that all HR activities comply with internal policies, legal, regulatory, and industry standards, including data privacy and security regulations.

· Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations, ensuring HR processes and activities adhere to compliance requirements.

· Develop and enforce guidelines for maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive employee data, and ensuring compliance in HR operations.

· Collaborates with key stakeholders including HR leadership, Operations leaders, Clients and other functions in the organization to ensure HR services is aligned with organizational goals and support business needs.

· Act as the liaison between HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on HR – Labor Relations projects and initiatives.

· Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding HR – Labor Relations performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

· College Graduate in Any Field; Preferably of Human Resources related course

· A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Employee Relations practitioner, including at least 5–7 years in a managerial role within the BPO or Shared Services industry.

· Working knowledge of key HR management functions, with specialization in Employee or Labor Relations. Experience in HR Business Partnership is an advantage.

· Extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Compliance, Policy Making and Local Labor Laws.

· Proven track record of managing and leading HR teams in a fast paced, service-oriented environment.

· Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, benefits administration).

· Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.

· Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting to drive decision making and process improvements.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams along with the ability to support additional responsibilities as required by evolving business needs.
