  • Legal Advisory: Provide detailed and timely advice on labor-related legal issues across the Flash Group.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to labor, ensuring the Group's interests are safeguarded.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks; advise on contract status, potential liabilities, and labor-related issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and Department of Labor and Employment requirements.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training sessions on labor law topics for Flash Group employees.
  • Litigation Management: Manage and oversee labor litigation cases, effectively representing the Group's interests.
  • Legislative Monitoring: Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, particularly those affecting employees.
  • Liaison Role: Work closely with business unit heads to address legal concerns and support their operational needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor annual key performance metrics for the People's department, as necessary.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification

  • At least 3–4 years of litigation experience
  • Substantial experience representing companies and drafting pleadings for labor-related cases before the NLRC, DOLE, and NCMB
  • Preferably with experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel for a logistics or e-commerce company
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of providing sound risk assessments on handled cases
  • Fast learner requiring minimal supervision and training
  • Strong skills in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Adaptable and able to perform well under simultaneous deadlines and court/administrative hearings
  • Updated MCLE compliance, with valid PTR and IBP records
  • Willing to work on-site, Monday to Friday, at Upper McKinley, Taguig
