Job Description

Be part of a dedicated team supporting our Australian client, where youll play a key role in providing expert technical support across Microsoft technologies, enhancing Office 365 security, maintaining reliable network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth IT operations through close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, for Microsoft centric technologies and core business applications to both internal business units and customers; including but not limited to Windows Desktops and Servers, Exchange and Microsoft Teams.
  • Configuration, setup and support for Networks
  • Management of Office 365 security including Entra, Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint
  • Provide Administrative support including Office 365, server and workstations.
  • Coordinate third party product support and work with external vendors where necessary.
  • Support internal business IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the greater IT department and stakeholders to support change requests, updates and/or agreed stages.
  • Basic troubleshooting and familiarity with networking infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT Service Desk Experience with a managed service provider.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 platform essential.
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience with network support, diagnostics and troubleshooting physical and virtual networks.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security, with proven exposure to Microsoft Defender tools, is essential for this role.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in customer engagement.
  • Prior experience working in an MSP environment.
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong presentation abilities.
  • CCNA Certification desirable.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certification e.g. MCSA Office 365 desirable.
  • ITIL desirable.

Schedule:Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
