The L&D Systems and Technology Officer is responsible for elevating the skills and preparedness of the teams assigned to them by delivering focused and well‑designed learning solutions. A significant part of the job involves managing digital learning tools and technologies—ensuring the smooth operation of learning platforms, supporting technology-enabled training programs, and offering technical support to participants and facilitators to maintain a seamless learning experience.
- Assess capability gaps and identify training needs based on organizational strategies and unit‑level requirements.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analyses and coordinate findings with Regional L&D counterparts.
- Develop annual training plans, schedules, and budget proposals for endorsement and approval.
- Customize development pathways in coordination with HR and in alignment with Global/Regional L&D frameworks.
- Create learning materials and programs that uphold organizational L&D standards and methodologies.
- Coordinate with multiple L&D teams to ensure the smooth rollout of training sessions.
- Manage logistics, training support, and delivery standards for both virtual and face‑to‑face learning environments.
- Promote an engaging and values‑driven learning culture and ensure positive learner experiences.
- Lead or support evaluation of learning initiatives and collaborate on assessment activities.
- Review evaluation data to propose enhancements and introduce innovative approaches to learning.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in learning design, facilitation, or development roles.
- Strong background in administering learning management systems and using modern learning technologies, including AI‑driven training tools.
- Solid capability in instructional design and measuring training effectiveness.
- Skilled in digital learning platforms and multimedia-based training tools.
- Open to a hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
