Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs, fostering employee engagement, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development, creating a positive work environment, and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Design, implement, and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across all departments.
- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, performance appraisals, and consultations with managers.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, ensuring employees are up to date on industry best practices and company policies.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain training records and certifications.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and company-wide events.
- Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and gather feedback on areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to management on ways to increase motivation, productivity, and morale.
- Act as a point of contact for employees to voice concerns or suggestions, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and employee engagement,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Canva and learning management systems experience is a plus (but not required)
