JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree holder
3-5 years of KYC experience
At least 2 years of Supervisory experience
Open for candidates from different industries
Amenable to work in Nightshift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a team of KYC Analysts, managing SLA, quality, productivity, adherence, and overall performance.
Manage workflow and capacity.
Review and approve complex/high-risk KYC cases.
Drive coaching and performance improvement.
Manage operational risks and reporting, partnering with QC, Training, and Delivery Leads.
