Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
Having previous experience in talent recruitment or talent management (KOL/influencer/Creators) will be an advantage
Familiar with the ecosystem and operation rules of major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Tiktok etc.), and understand the characteristics and values of celebrities in different fields
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with KOLs
Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify insights
Project management skills to execute campaigns on time and within budget
Creative thinking to develop engaging campaign concepts
Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with KOLs
