Role Description
As a KOL / Influencer Business Development Specialist at Mifei Ph Inc., you will play a key role in expanding the company's influencer marketing and e-commerce presence. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with KOLs/KOCs and influencers to support livestreaming and short-form video campaigns. Your strong networking, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills will drive impactful partnerships and contribute to overall brand growth and sales performance.
KeyResponsibilities:
Identify, source, and onboard relevant KOLs/KOCs and influencers aligned with the brand
Build and maintain a strong influencer database for livestreaming and short video collaborations
Collaborate with influencers for livestream selling and content creation (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
Develop and execute influencer business development strategies to support e-commerce growth
Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and contracts; ensure timely execution of campaigns
Monitor campaign progress and ensure smooth implementation of influencer projects
Maintain strong relationships by regularly visiting and engaging with influencer and channel partners
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI
Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and influencer marketing best practices
Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with business goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or business development (preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fashion)
Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and other social commerce platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance
Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to identify new partnership opportunities
Highly organized and able to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously
