Job Description:
The KOL Affiliate Data and Performance Executive is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making within the External Creator Management team. This role focuses on analyzing affiliate performance data, building and maintaining tracking dashboards, and translating commercial metrics into actionable insights to optimize KOL affiliate strategies and improve overall marketing performance.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for KOL affiliates, including traffic, orders, conversion rates, and other key commercial KPIs.
- Monitor affiliate performance against established targets and identify gaps or growth opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting systems (primarily using spreadsheets and data visualization tools) to ensure accurate and timely performance tracking.
- Partner closely with the External Creator Management team to support strategic planning with quantitative insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers across affiliate campaigns to inform optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking systems and reports.
- Support forecasting, target-setting, and performance projections based on historical and current data.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders within the Marketing department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Experience in business/marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics roles (e-commerce or tech industry is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
